How
do I know if I am a pony?
Welcome and I hope you love your stay here at FFF. We offer a large variety of training and
trainers so that your stay may hopefully be one of the best experiences of your
second life. First thing on your mind
if you are considering being a pony is.
Just what exactly is a pony? New
ponies and old alike are HUMAN BEINGS who love horses and are dressing up and
pretending to be a horse. Due to your
height in horse measures and weight, you are really more like ponies than horses. Often being a human makes you too small to
ride but very capable of doing many other wonderful things. When you are dressed as one and expected to
behaving as a horse when in your horse/ pony gear.
Pony gear is what makes you look like a horse, which is
hooves & tail. These things make
you a pony without them you are not pretending to be a pony even if you have on
tack. Tack is the stuff used with
horses such as halters bits, lead ropes, harnesses, carts, bridles, whips, and
tack shops even carry blue jeans and gun holsters or other leather products
such as billfolds and pocket books.
Tack is what people around horses use.
If you go to a tack shop, I can promise you will not find butt plug
tails and hooves. That is found in a
fetish shop. Now are we good on the
difference of gear and tack?

How long are training sessions and what if I just want
attention from a trainer?
Please tell your trainer in IM before the session how much
time you have if less than 2 hours, so they can plan the role-play and make it fun
for you. Minimal training is to last
at least 30 minutes. Most trainers
will take an hour with the bath they may fully bath you or run you thru the
rinse thru or walk you in the walking shower some may take you the underground
and let you swim in that pond, if you want a good brushing ask for it in IM. If you want your ears clipped call out into
the channel that you would like a good grooming. Trainer Trainees (grooms) are allowed to bath you and clip
you and even help you in and out of your pony tack without a trainer present. Please when IMing or using the group channel
do so in a very fun way. Make it fun
for them to want to come play with you.
Remember they dont get paid to do this other than the fun of playing
with you.
It is not genuine role-play that a pony would be able to refuse
a trainer to train them if they are in a bridle. Anyone over 4 years old can grab a bridle and do what they want
with a pony. OF course, if you are
about to log off or if your owner has specifically said you may not be trained
by someone. Which if the case, then it
would be best to have it be written in your scroll or profile, so that feelings
are not hurt. Please. If you have an issue with a trainer for any
reason please message one of the Mistresses to get permission to refuse this
person. I feel it is important that
issues between everyone on the farm be worked out rather than ignored and
fought over. Our trainers want to train
the same way you want to be trained. IF
they stand around hunting for a pony to train and can't find one then they
leave. IF you are at the farm in pony
gear with a bridle on and a trainer takes your reins you are to go with them.
(FYI, in many states of the USA the person who holds a horses
rein owns the horse. Which is why if
the person can prove the horse was / is his via a bill of sale or registration
papers then It is still legal to shoot someone for stealing a horse. Let's not forget that Atheena Hyun is a real
horsewoman and feels strongly about these laws. )
Please be sure that if you have your bridle on you also show
your owner either on your profile or your scroll. Likewise, if you want to be trained then hang out at the
underground fully ready to be trained.
Trainers can find out quickly when they have time who wants
to be trained and can come there fully dressed to get you. That way you can swim and meet up with friends
make new ones dance have fun. There are
hidden cuddle balls in the forest, and you can sit by the fire. It is more role-play and easier to find the
pony to train than if they somewhere else in SL. Please remember in real life a horse can be trained anytime they
can be caught. So if you are hanging
out and a trainer wants to train you, then enjoy it. It is part of the role-play.
As a rule, in
order to be trained you must have on your hooves, tail, harness and bridle.
Emoting vs. IM'ing
Serious role-playing ponies would not emote thoughts. Humans cannot magically push thoughts into
other peoples minds normally. And I
did say normally! This should be done
in IM's where it is human talking to human.
IRL people only see what the pony does and are not able to
know what the pony thinks.
Ponies more accurately would emote behaviors such as:
Tugs experimentally at his reins
Peers curiously around his surroundings, sniffing the air
Stomps, chomping her bit
Nods head in understanding.
Smiles around his bit
Raises one nostril to smell you
Twitches her muzzle
Eyes widen
Pushes your back with their head bumping into you *Not a
good thing unless gently and with someone you love*
Looks down at ground
If
we have hooves and tail on (making us a pony), but no bit in our mouth, are we
allowed to speak?
The answer is you are always a human in pony gear you are role-playing
a pony and humans don't talk with their mouths full. Neither do horses. Therefore,
you can talk without a bit, even if you have tail and hooves on. At the underground, you may take off your
bridles bits and hand hoofs at least, other wise you can't socialize in human
fashion. You can do pretty much
anything you want at the underground except sex or harass another person / pony,
as it is a place for pony people and their trainers and owners to relax, meet,
greet and make new friends.
Group
Training vs. One on One Training:
When being trained in-group, it is important not to
emote. One should listen to the trainer
and be an active participant with the trainer.
Do not do IMs in the background to friends, this makes the session seem
unbearable to trainers and makes them not want to help you again. I understand that some have slow connections
or are using wireless connections or dont have the fastest newest
computers. I know that the lag eats us
all a lot.... A trainer can see your
lagging you stop with one foot in the air or go under the ground or up in the
air and normally they are also experiencing lag. There is no need to bring that into the pony play. IF your embarrassed you can IM it... but
trust me we know if your lagging or if your not paying attention. The best bet is to let your friends know
ahead of time that if you do not respond back to their messages as normal that
means you are in training and will return as soon as you are able.
When being trained one on one such as one trainer and one
pony, there is a lot more fun the two can role-play. This is the time to really enjoy the part of being a horse and
enjoying the touch and feel of your trainer.
If you have been in group training before this will help you relax and
enjoy yourself and play with the trainer in turn. One should still listen to the trainer and be an active
participant with the trainer. It is
even more important to not do IMs in the background to friends; this becomes
even more obvious when you are the only pony or trainer around and really
really makes the session even more unbearable.
I ask you with this chance to have one on one with a trainer please
don't waste it I can not stress enough how much this makes them not want to
help you again. As above, lagging and
background IM'ing become even more obvious in a one on one situation.
You are always allowed to IM your trainer while being
trained but do not expect to be IM'd in return. Some trainers may adjust what they are doing accordingly without
speaking to you at all as if they suddenly got the feeling that they should
alter their behavior somewhat. Others
may wish to address it openly. There
are even some who WILL answer you back.
It depends on the level of role-play the two of you are engaged in. I will answer out in the open chat unless it
is private.
Relationships
between mares, stallions, and other ponies in general:
Mares and stallions are to get along to gather just as if
they were all mares or all stallions these humans are your family for as long
as you are on the farm. Please do not
use the excuse I was raped so do not want to be near men IRL. The very woman you love most may be a man
and the stallion you hate or fear may be the most gentle woman that exists in
the world who was raped when they were little by both a male and female. Seriously folks... IF you are upset with the stallion role-play it... snort, kick,
bite, buck and know that if you are not in season a stallion has no interest in
you. Females rule the horse herd. Only being in heat makes a stallion go wild
on you.... so if you are not interested
simply say... this mare not being in season turns her rear and kicks the brains
out of the stallion....
Who if they are really role-playing a real stallion will act
as if nothing happened and snort off with their noses at the ground blowing
puffs of air at the dirt making puffs of air poof up! Stallions are amazing animals in real life that is why they are
so many stories written about them. IF
you want to fall in love like you never have before please read the series by
Walter Farley, which begins with the Black Stallion. OMG that is the love of my....
Heart...
Technically
as a brand new pony, should I pretend I do not know even the basics, and play
up a bit as an untamed pony?
I think that as a pony that is up to you. However, if you are going out with a trainer,
talk to them in IM about it as they may not want to have you behaving this
way. Remember the role-play goes both
ways and our trainers should have just as much fun as you or they wont want to
come to work. Please remember everyone
at FFF is here because of our love for horses and / or pony play NOT because we
are paid. Real ponies kick and bite one
another if they do not like each other or to express their hierarchy. Please do not kick or bite a trainer or any
pony that does not like it when you are out of your bits ad bridles you speak
just like any other human. However, polite
manners says we dont speak with our mouth full I have one pony on the farm
that has a stick at her desk when she puts the bridle on she puts the stick in
her mouth and when she takes it off she takes it out Things like this can help
you enjoy your pony connection even more.
You can emote whinnies and have even more control over what they mean:
Whinnies delightedly
Snorts in confusion
Paws the ground in boredom
Snorts because she is not friendly
with so and so
Snorts because that pony kicked me
Stomps in understanding
Lips stretch around his bit in a
grin.
Nodding head understands
Shaking head is no or some shake
their mane to feel the air under their necks
Stomps because she wanted to
Or stomps at a fly
Maybe you just stomp because you
want to
Or snort because there is a fly in
your nose
Lifts his muzzle, flaring his
nostrils
Have
fun with it and always remember this is pony play let's bring the play back into
BDSM.
